2020 International Gathering
If you are registered for the Gathering just to let you know that the lead person in your party was emailed information from event@clanmackeziesociety.co.uk earlier this week. The main point are:
. Planning continues as normal as we have no clear information about what the situation will be in August.
. EVERY ATTENDEE must make their own PERSONNEL and TRAVEL insurance arrangements but rest assured we have indemnity insurance for the event.
. We will delay issuing invoices until April and monitor the situation.
As you know we work as volunteers to deliver services to our members and this event has been in planning since 2017. We are hopeful that the persoal time we have devoted to this will not be in vain. However, if you wish to cancel your reservation ate this time you MUST:
. email events@clanmackenziesociety.co.uk to let Donald know.
. Inform your accommodation provider of your decision
