Come on down to our pavilion, immerse yourself in the slang and sayings of the Scots, and test your knowledge of fun facts about this majestic land.
‘Reels’n’Strathspeys’ – Music & Entertainment
Come and join us for some foot stomping, hand clapping, and heart pounding music and dance. Enjoy the sounds of West of Mabou, The Residuals, and the Pipe and Drum bands, the Saskatoon Highland Dancers, the Glenlily Dancers, and the Saskatoon Scottish Country Dancers will kick up their heels to the sounds of Scotland. Come enjoy the best show in town!
‘Wee Bairns’ – Children’s Activities
Scottish sports and crafts will keep kids entertained. If they are lucky, they’ll catch a glimpse of Nessie, the elusive Loch Ness Monster!
‘Fairn’ – Food
At the Swee and Spurtle, taste a variety of Scottish dishes, such as haggis, sausage rolls, and sticky toffee pudding to name a few. Choose your favourites or try a sampler plate. To feed that sweet tooth, you can stop on by the Stirling Market to pick up a nessie slushy or try some haggis nachos.
‘Bevvies’ – Drinks
Try a Scottish beer or a wee dram from our selection of Scotches at Poosie Nancy’s. Learn about our finest Scotch at the Tasting Bar. Down our Famous Dirty Wallace shooter in the name of “Freedom!”
‘Margaid’ – Gifts, Treats, & Souvenirs
Treasures from Scotland await in the Margaid or Market where vendors offer an exciting variety of Scottish wares and treats.
