SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN SATURDAY 17 AUGUST 2019
All members of the Clan MacKenzie Society of Canada are cordially invited to attend the 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Saskatoon Folk Fest, Scottish Pavilion.
The Location is Prairieland Park, 503 Ruth Street East, Saskatoon SK. There is accommodation at reasonable prices near the Saskatoon Airport. Some of us are staying at the Comfort Suites Inn. If you wish to book you can book it through Choice Hotels (www.choicehotels.com).
The Saskatoon Folk Fest will run from the 15th to 17th of August (https://www.saskatoonfolkfest.com/) and you are welcome to attend the event if you so choose.
The AGM will commence at 12 noon on August 17th and we will meet across from our booth in the Scottish Pavilion. The meeting will be chaired by CMSC President Gary MacKenzie with reports from the executive members. The AGM will be followed by food and refreshments.
